We love all of our clients at Rebel Nails Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read.   1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online, or in person during regular business hours. We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to secure their preferred date and time.

  2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact the salon as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time.

  3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  4. Late Arrival: If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify the salon as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

  5. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice), clients may be subject to a no-show fee or may be required to prepay for future appointments.

  6. Confirmation Reminders: Clients will receive appointment reminders via email or text message 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please confirm your appointment to ensure its accuracy and to avoid any misunderstandings.

  7. Late Cancellation Fee: A fee may be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-show appointments. This fee helps compensate our technicians for their time and prevents appointment slots from going unfilled.

  8. Rebooking Options: If you miss your appointment or are unable to provide sufficient notice for cancellation, you may be required to prepay for your next appointment or may be placed on a waiting list for future availability.

  9. Grace Period: Clients may be granted a grace period for late arrivals, typically up to 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. However, please note that the duration of your service may be adjusted accordingly.

  10. Policy Communication: These appointment policies will be communicated to clients at the time of booking and may also be posted on the salon's website, social media channels, or displayed within the salon premises for reference.
